The purpose of this study was examince relationship between customer satisfaction and patterns of ticket purchase of cycle racing customers. The subjects in this study were 1,327 adults over 19 years old selected from the popluations of 16 off-tracks betting place. The statistical techniques employed in this study was multiple regression. The findings of this study were as below: First, product satisfaction such as night racing and fairness have effects on the frequency of visiting off-tracks betting place, and satisfaction of betting types and cybet-zone have influence on frequency of ticket purchase per a day. Second, satisfaction with parking lot has influence on the frequency of visiting off-tracks betting place, satisfaction with smoking room has effects on the frequency of ticket purchase per a day, and place satisfaction such as ticketing windows and dining room have influence on the total amount of daily betting money. Third, betting limit per once has influence on the frequency of visiting off-tracks betting place and the total amount of daily betting money, and entrance fee has effect on the frequency of visiting off-tracks betting place and the frequency of ticket purchase per a day. Fourth, promotion satisfaction such as gifts and events influence on the frequency of visiting off-tracks betting place, and satisfaction with homepage, cultural program, and clinic of the cycle and the motorboat racing also have effect on the total amount of daily betting money.
