The purpose of this study was to compare self-management and sports performance strategies between the gender, career, disabilities grade and the provides information to guides the disabled person in the adolescent with physical disabilities. The subject of this study was for 332(213 male and 119 female) person in the object questionnaire located in participation on gyeongbuk adolescent with physical disabilities life sports Association, the data obtained from each measure were analyzed using mean, standard deviation analysis, T-test with independent, two-way MANOVA in the case of carre and grade, performed using SPSS 14.0 for windows statistical program, and significant difference Post Hoc(Scheffe). Significant levels was .05. As the statistical analysis methods was used and the result is as follows. First, From the results of group comparison in self-management male-group were better female-group. No significant differences were found in the person control, practice control, mental control, according to gender in the adolescent with physical disabilities. Second, From the results of group comparison in sport performance strategies male-group were better female-group, according to gender. No significant differences were found in the self-talk, imagery and target on, tension relaxation, emotion control. Third, No significant differences were found in the four subscales of the gender in which the body control, personal control, practice control, mental control. Fourth, five subscales of the gender from sports performance strategies in which the 1~2 year group showed more positive below 1 year and 2~3 year group according to career. Fifth, four subscales of the grade from self-management first-degree showed more importance second degree and third degree according to mental control. Another no significant differences were found in three of the factor. Sixth, No significant differences were found in the according to grade of sports performance strategies.
