This study explores how individual differences of Chinese students in Korea affect the limitation of their participation in sports and the stress to adapt themselves to Korean culture. 212 Chinses students are surveyed and the data is analyzed by SPSS 17.0 program and Liserl 8.12version. The results are as follows: Firstly, the gender of the subjects affects the limitation on their participation in sports and the stress to adapt themselves to Korean culture. Secondly, the age of the subjects affects the limitation on their participation in sports and the stress to adapt themselves to Korean culture. Thirdly, the duration of their stay in Korea affects the limitation on their participation in sports and the stress to adapt themselves to Korean culture. Lastly, the intensity of sports affects the limitation on their participation in sports and the stress to adapt themselves to Korean culture. The limitation on participating sports is different according to the gender and age while the stress to adapt themselves to Korean culture is various according to the gender and duration of the subjects. Thus, it can be said that the individual differences of the subjects are related to the participation and the stress. Therefore, it is required to improve the current situation for international students, including Chinese, to adapt themselves to Korean culture. In addition, it would be important to build a strategy for multi-cultural and multi-ethenic society by providing them with opportunities to participate in sports.
