The purpose of this study is to examine the change of stress substances in free radical and lactate accumulationby the Healtaid exercise. 36 subjects participated in this study. They were divided into three groups(GroupⅠ(n=12): no-healthaid exercise during warm-up and cool-down, Group Ⅱ(n=12): treadmill running insteadof healthaid exercise during warm-up and cool-down, Group Ⅲ(n=12): healthaid exercise during warmupand cool-down). Treadmill running exercise consisted of 65%HRR, 30minutes running and warm up andcool down running exercise consisted of 45%HRR, 15minutes walking on the treadmill. Blood sample obtainedrest, post-warm up, post-exercise, post-cool down. Collected date were statistically analyzed by SPSS PC win20.0(USA, IBM, NY) and two-way repeated ANOVA were used to analyze data. Bonferroni``s method was usedto verify the significant difference among group as a post-hoca nalysis. Statistical level was set up asα =.05. The result of free radical in Group Ⅲ was less than Group Ⅱ apto st-warm up and post-cool down(p<.05). but there was no significant differences among groups at post-exercise. the result of lactate accumulation inGroup Ⅲ was less than Group Ⅰ at post-warm up and post-cool down(p<.05). However, there was no significantdifference of lactate accumulation between Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ at post-cool down. In conclusion,it suggests that healthaid exercise for warm up and cool down would be positive method in order to eliminatefree radical and lactat accumulation.
