The purpose of this study is to understand the current conditions of employment services in organizations for the disabled. For this study I made the questionnaire that contains many questions about employment services such as job placement, follow-up management, job training and institutional linkages. The questionnaires were sent to local government agencies, rehabilitation centers for the disabled, associations of the disabled, mental health centers, and special-education schools and I received 742 responses. The results of this study showed the service contents and performances of employment service organizations for the disabled, the characteristics of organizations and users, and the connection state among the employment service agencies.
