The purpose of the study is to investigate relationship among self-esteem, major satisfaction, & career exploration behavior of undergraduates majoring in airline service. The factor analysis showed that there were two dimensions for self-esteem, two dimensions for major satisfaction, & five dimensions for career exploration behavior. The findings of the study showed that positive self-esteem had positive effects on class/curriculum satisfaction and major pride while negative self-esteem had a negative effect on major pride. Class/curriculum satisfaction had positive effects on self-exploration through self-reflection & family members" feedback and self-exploration through specialized career service programs while major pride had a positive effect on job exploration through mass media. The study concludes with the implications of the study and future research.
