Hotel services are intangible, easy to imitate and difficult to differentiate so customers will also feel fed up about service. Therefore discriminatory measures for competitiveness may be required. For the smooth conduct of successful service to achieve customer satisfaction we need to material services, human services, and systematic service as well. Thus, this study conducted the relationship between organizational support and organizational identification with emphasis on moderating effect of demographic characteristics for human resources management. Based on previous studies to extract and model-related variables was obtained in a study in order to achieve the purpose of the five-star hotel in Seoul in contact employees of 25 companies were included in the study. Survey data using SPSS Version 18.0 and AMOS program was to test the hypothesis. The result showed that organizational support had a positive influence on organizational identification, indicating that employees who have higher perceived organizational support are more organizational identification. In addition, the demographic characteristics(only working period) as a moderating factor in the relationship between organizational support and organizational identification had a moderating effect. These results will provide a understanding of influence variables needed to enhance the organizational identification of hotel.
