Such issues of modern society as reduction in the birth rate, unstable economic activity, increases in female population in work places and increased trend of nuclear family system call for child care facilities. Furthermore, it created another social issue of child abuse due to current child care facilities done only on quantitative growth rather that the qualitative growth. Therefore, needs of trustworthy child care facility has grown and one of the alternatives is the joint child care at work places. Joint child care at work places have been encouraged in small and medium business entities as the pan-government legislation and support measures. Though the development stage is not as large, it is being actively done in industrial complexes for which the joint child care facilities can be expected in city downtown areas in near future. Child care in desolate buildings in downtown has become reality to the modern workers. Reflections on humanity with growth focus only on competition have been attempted in various ways with application of ecological concept. Ecological early child care has shown its superiority among other means of early childhood education. The objective of this study is on creating exciting child care facility by presenting a direction of the education space by combining the ecological early child education and suggesting joint child care facilities at work places within buildings of city downtown and be helpful in the development of joint child care facility in the future.
