The study is research the characteristic of small housing for 1-2 person household’s to target college students competition entries 93-works in order to improve the quality of small housing. First, Residents of the properties was investigated through the number of household’s members and household of residents the relations. Next, Research the characteristic of small housing the plan. So, Element by level technology were structured through the Workshops. Household level and housing unit level, main building, district-level of element techniques draw a conclusion from student work. And, A small housing plan was made clear in response to various lifestyles of 1-2 person households. Plan has been proposed a variety of element techniques in response to efficiency of area in the household and housing unit leve. And Public spaces planning and community life housing were planned in the Main building, district-level. A variety of relationship of Person and person was found to have sought. In the future, households expanded range that reflects in a small housing plan Variety of housing types will be presented.
