The purpose of this research is to study on what types of accidents are happening in residential buildings and the places and causes of the accidents and the frequency of them. The coverage of accidents was limited, for the research, to the human disaster accidents among the natural disaster accidents and the human disaster accidents, and especially focused on the human disaster accidents inside the residential buildings. Especially, in this research, the accidents that can incur much human damage and the accidents of which the size is small but the hazardous factor is high have been synthesized and studied, and the type of the accidents and the frequency rates were studied for the residental buildings considering the objects of this research, the weak classes such as the old and the infirm and the general people.
