The purpose of this study was to provide the direction to develope the community facility for the urban-life-housing due to the change of the structure of population and household. We executed the survey questionnaire with university students at march 23, 2012. The 71 data were used for analysis by using SPSS win 12.0. The findings of this study were as following; the lifestyle of the university students was typed ‘the oriented future and consumption’, ‘the oriented personal relations and leisure’, ‘the oriented personality and brand’ and ‘the oriented aim’. They wanted the intention to move the urban-life-housing when they got a job or got married. The consideration factor of the move was ‘the accessibility of the public transportation’, ‘the convenience of the using the convenient facilities’. They wanted ‘the management facility’, ‘the landscape and rest facility’, ‘the welfare facility ’ for the community facility in Housing Complex for Small-Sized Households. But they didn`t wanted ‘the support of community facility’.
