The purpose of this study was to understand the plan of housing for senior life by baby boomer born between 1955 and 1963. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 11 baby boomer who live in capital area. The major results are as follows. There is a wide diversity of plan for senior life depending on their lifestyle, housing experiences and housing preference, from moving into rural area to living at apartment in downtown. They thought supporting their parents is their responsibility, but wanted to enjoy independent lifestyles after their children"s marriages. They are willing to move into retirement community with aging, therefore it can be expect to live more independently than the previous generation. In conclusion it is important to develop new housing alternatives to support their various life styles and life stage different fron previous old generation.
