The purpose of this study is whether the difference in accordance with the leadership of managers representing the Seoul metropolitan area as a destination Family Restaurant Employees understand the impact of job involvement of staff and leadership style with any regulatory effect the employment relationship of employees in job involvement and tried to look at. Therefore, in restaurants tissue and to provide an efficient Human Resource Management data for providing a successful service.
First, the leadership style of transformational leadership of the manager, were classified based on the theory of servant leadership, leadership styles of the subcomponents of the concept of transformational leadership, “vision-type leadership”, and servant leadership "community leadership“, organizational factors significant effects of the positive(+) the commitment.
Second, leadership style and effectiveness of employment regulation in effect relationship between organizational commitment of the staff of managers were as follows: "community leadership" factors appeared to influence the portion(-) job commitment of employment.
Adjust effect test results, leadership effectiveness of managers adjust on the job involvement was presented by the role of moderator in a meaningful effect relationship between the employment (regular and non-regular) job involvement.
