The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of human capital and integration capability on management innovation, competitive advantage and performance in Integrated Resort hotel. This study used data collected from 293 hotel employees; Having completed 253 questionnaires 40 unsuitable data for analysis and were therefore excluded. These data were processed using SPSS 21.0 and Structural Equation Modeling with Amos 21.0 to verifying individual hypothesis. The research results may be summarized as follows. First, human capital having a unsignificant impact on management innovation, however integration capability had a significant effects on management innovation. Second, management innovation had the positive effects on competitive advantage and performance. Third, the influence of competitive advantage on performance was also found to be statistically significant. Results are expected to be valuable as a basic data for establishing various marketing strategies for improving management results in the integrated resort hotel.
