This study aims to provide preliminary data for development of systematic psychological technical training program and psychological coping strategy for soccer players in each team by making a comparative analysis on the difference amongst exercise satisfaction, competitive state anxiety and psychological factors in athletic performance that are the psychological factors according to high school, college and professional soccer players’ team and position, and offer information necessary for the optimum sports performance ability through the aforementioned. As for the subjects of study, this study established domestic high school, college, professional soccer players registered in Korea Football Association(KFA) from September 10, 2013 through February 13, 2014 as a population and used self administration method by extracting samples using convenience sampling method in non-probability sampling method. Out of total 850 sheets collected, this study used 791 sheets excluding 59 questionnaires that are considered unfaithfully answered or unreliable. Detailed data processing process according to the foregoing is as follows. As for the methods of statistics, this study carried out frequency analysis, EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis, reliability analysis and Two-way ANOVA and also used Duncan method for post verification. This study was carried out for the purpose of investigating and revealing relation amongst exercise satisfaction, competitive state anxiety and psychological factors in athletic performance according to high school, college and professional soccer players’ team and position. Conclusions obtained through the study are as follows. First, interaction effect of exercise satisfaction according to team and position was not statistically significant, but exercise satisfaction varied according to team and position. Second, interaction effect of competitive state anxiety according to team and position was not statistically significant, but competitive state anxiety by team varied statistically. Third, although interaction effect of psychological factors in athletic performance according to team and position was not statistically significant, psychological factors in athletic performance by team varied statistically. To be more specifically, college group has higher soccer intelligence as compared to professional team group or high school group.
