The study administered questionnaires to 155 middle school soccer players in Kyungnam province in order to understand how self-management influence soccer player’s life satisfaction and exercise continuation intention, and the following results were revealed. First, in regard to the influence of self-management on player’s life satisfaction, social management factor significantly affected social acknowledgment factor, and mental management factor significantly influenced environmental factor, social acknowledgement factor, and player’s life factor. Second, in regard to the influence of selfmanagement on exercise continuation intention, social management factor and mental management factor significantly influenced exercise continuation intention. Third, in regard to the influence of play’s life satisfaction on exercise continuation intention, social acknowledgement factor significantly affected exercise continuation intention. The results indicated that the self-management skills and player’s life satisfaction are important to sustain exercise continuation intention of middle school soccer players, and it is necessary to develop and implement training programs to nourish the self-management skills of middle school soccer players. Especially, considering the minimum education requirement currently enforcing to middle school soccer players, cultivating self-management skills is essential for the success of middle school soccer players.
