스마트 전자정부는 공개, 통합, 협업, 녹색정보화를 추진전략으로 기관별 서비스 연계 · 통합 및 국민 중심의 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하여 기업 상생, 소외계층 배려, 국민 참여 · 소통으로 서비스 선진화를 추구한다. 새로운 전자정부에 따라 사회적 협업을 통한 공유경제 활성화 지원을 위한 개방형 서비스플랫폼 구축이 필요하나, 기존 구축된 서비스플랫폼의 경우 공공기관에서 데이터를 수집하여 Open API형태로 데이터만 제공하고 각 기관별로 데이터 공유가 제대로 이루어지지 않는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 전자정부가 추진하고자 하는 중요전략에 적합한 개방형 서비스플랫폼 구축을 위한 최근의 표준화동향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.
