The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workers’ incentive tour experience on the job motivation, productivity, and morale. Empirical research was conducted by visiting corporate members of the BC card company during a 3 month survey period to collect questionnaires. Insincere responses were excluded from the collected questionnaires, and 329 responses were analyzed using statistical package programs named SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of workers’ incentive tour experience on the job motivation was partially accepted. Aesthetic experience, Deviating experience, and Entertainment experience were accepted, but educational experience was rejected. Second, productivity and morale on job motivation were accepted and showed a significant effect on the job motivation. This could be interpreted as job motivation of the workers was accepted because they have a positive impact on productivity and morale. Accordingly, Enterprise managers can contribute to profitable management by providing strategic support to workers regarding their incentive tour experience. The results of this study will substantially contribute to the academic and incentive tour experiences, job motivation, productivity, and morale.
