The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Judo players’ workout passion on psychological needs satisfaction and workout flow. To test this, 185 high school Judo players from Seoul, Incheon and Kyunggi in Korea are sampled. Survey data were collected through survey questionnaires and the resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, harmonious passion which is sub factor of high school Judo player’s exercise passion had positive effect on competence and autonomy sub factors of basic psychological needs. Second, obsessive and harmonious passion sub factors of exercise passion had positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow sub factors of exercise flow. Third, competence and autonomy sub factors of basic psychological needs had positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow sub factors of exercise flow. Meanwhile, relationship had positive effect on behavioral flow.
