This study is aimed to analyse implications of the measures on employment promotion of women with disabilities and make policy proposals to accelerate employment of women with disabilities under relatively poor working conditions with jobs and homes, sex discrimination.
This study analyzed surveys and focus group interviews (FGIs) on 38,768 job seekers and employed women workers with disabilities registered in KEAD’s a Web-based Public Employment Information System Database from Jan. 1st, 2010 to December 31th 2014.
These study findings suggested that it should be focused on the employment paradigm focusing on the provision of services tailored to different life stages to offer necessary assistance to individuals in a timely manner for women with disabilities, establishment of the exemplary company and Institute for Vocational Education and Training for women-only with disabilities, connection work the public-private partnership for the employment rate of job maintenance for women with disabilities, statistics system for women with disabilities.
