This study is to explore the relationship between self-efficacy on emotion and exhaustion as for golfers, The convenience sampling method was deployed to research them. Total copy of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 245 copies were collected. Among them 211 copies were used in this study excluding incomplete data. It was subjected to measurement trust factor analysis(Cronbach’ Alpha) and exploratory factor analysis. Then, Pearson correlation analysis and simple regression were used for analyzing the relationship. The data were processed by spss 23.0. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences for the professional and amateur players in self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion. It showed higher scores on emotional exhaustion and self-efficacy for professional players than amateurs. Second, self-efficacy showed a positive correlation among positive emotions, emotional exhaustion and personal achievement. Positive emotions and personal achievement had a positive correlation. Third, golfers’ self-efficacy affected significantly on positive emotion, not on negative emotions. Fourth, as for the relationship between golfer’s self-efficacy and exhaustion, self-efficacy had a significant impact on emotional exhaustion and personal achievement. Based on the above results, an in-depth discussion on the relationship is suggested on the efficacy and emotion, exhaustion of golfers.
