The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between job demands, job exhaustion, and job satisfaction for disabled sports instructors. To this research, 328 copies were retrieved using questionnaires for disabled sports instructors excluding 21 copies that were poorly written. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program, which resulted in the following conclusion. First, the job demands from disabled sports instructors had a positive impact on job exhaustion. First, the job demands from disabled sports instructors had a positive impact on job exhaustion. Second, job demands for disabled sports instructors had a negative impact on job satisfaction. Among the sub-factors of job requirements, role conflicts and role-overloads had a negative impact. Third, the job exhaustion of disabled sports instructors had a negative impact on job satisfaction. Among the sub-factors of job exhaustion, depersonalization and emotional burnout had a negative impact.
