The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects between job stress and job satisfaction among flight attendants" leisure activity. This research can be used as a fundamental resource for airlines to understand and provide leisure activity that reduces job stress and increases job satisfaction. To accomplish the aim, this research gathered a group of flight attendants from airline B that is based in country A, applied a convenience sampling method of non-probability sampling method and distributed 300 questionnaires from August 1st to August 31st,2016. Finally 257 responses were used as the valid sample. Results of the analysis are shown as the following: First, there are four types factors in job stress, which are job-related stress, interpersonal stress, organizational stress and salary-associated stress. Second, relationship between job stress and job satisfaction reveals that job-related stress and organizational stress cause a negative effect on job satisfaction, of which job-related stress exerts larger effect on job satisfaction than organizational stress does. This result supports research hypothesis 1 that job stress shows a significant influence on job satisfaction. Third, evaluation of leisure activity’s control effect shows that the coefficient of determination significantly increases at stage 3 in which the control effect of leisure activity is evaluated; it was found out that organizational stress significantly influences job satisfaction. In other words, a higher level of involvement in leisure activity relates to an increase in organizational stress, thus influences job satisfaction.
