The surface of the earth changes continuously due to the natural phenomena or human activities. The process of identifying the changes which has occurred over time on the earth surface is called change detection. Change detection of earth’s surface is carried out effectively in the field of remote sensing using various techniques. The objective of this paper is to compare various change detection techniques which are used to analyze the change of earth surface.
