The purpose of this study is to evaluate the service level of airport limousine buses in Gyeonggi-Do. The airport limousine buses are operating for Incheon and Gimpo international airports
The survey was conducted for 300 passengers to evaluate the level of satisfaction on the airport bus service. Moreover, there was a mystery survey on the 20 routes of airport limousine buses. The items for evaluating the level of service on the airport buses were related with driver’s kindness, cleanliness, obeying the raw, fare system and so on.
The result of this study shows that the total level of service on the airport limousine buses is somewhat good condition. However, the bus drivers were unfriendly for saying hello to passengers.
This study suggests that the evaluation on the airport limousine buses should be regularly conducted. According to the results of the evaluation, the bus companies showing the high level of services should be given various incentives.
