The raw material supplier selection is a critical problem in supply chain management, because there are many dynamic criteria for selecting the proper raw material supplier such as price, reliability, quality of a raw material, etc. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm is used in this paper to satisfy the problem of supplier selection in term of dynamic quantitative and qualitative criteria because of its ability to manage the uncertainty and vagueness of the criteria. This paper mainly aims to enhance the selection ability for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that do not have their own contracted suppliers for selecting the proper suppliers accordingly to their existing budget plans. The simulation results show that the proposed selection algorithm provides relatively satisfied selection results.
