Report Errors
The study conducted a research survey through convenient sampling method aimed at employees of 20 sports centers located in Seoul and kyungki-do. 250 were distributed and 243 were selected final valid sample by removing 7 incomplete questionnaires. Then data were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling techniques using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0.
The results were as follows.
First, organizational trust of sports center employees had a positive influence on Organizational Commitment.
Second, organizational trust in sports center employees had a positive influence on prosocial behavior.
Third, Organizational Commitment in sports center employees had a positive influence on prosocial behavior.
