The purpose of this study is to investigate the leadership for effective practical skill learning in 100 elementary school students in Gyeonggi area and Chungnam area. For the analysis of the research data, t-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted using SPSS (Win.Ver. 18.0) program, and Scheffe was used for post-test. The following results were derived from the designed rationale and research methods. First, leadership style instruction and instructional behavior had a positive (+) influence on the ability of understanding. Second, there was no significant influence between leadership style and practical ability. Third, the authoritative behaviors of leadership styles had a positive (+) influence on creative ability. Basically, leadership is a function relationship between leader and follower and situation. Therefore, the main reason for the leadership theory is that there is no universal leadership, but it depends on the situation. Therefore, the philosophical identification of the nature of leadership needs to be re-examined
