The aim of this study is to view the aspect of Diaspora life and local adjustment mechanism of Korean residents in Japan living at Ikuno-ku, Osaka Korean town forcusing on the problem of local social adjustment mechanism of alienation meanwhile the study of Korean residents in Japan. To achieve the research objects, I analyse interview data from local visit.
Ikuno-ku, Osaka region is a place that symbolize of ethnic Korean residents in Japan. After the 1980s, new migrants from Korea introduce as living with a variety of actors and transform into a community where on the one hand they maintain a comflictual relationship and on the other hand they form the interaction and communication.
Korean residnet in Japan living at Ikuno-ku, Osaka is trying to form different types of stable adjustment mechanism. Korean residents in Japan possess adjustment mechanism with remains a national identity, form the necessary mechanisms for inheritance, and interact with members of the community or plan a joint program. However, it is necessary that community members of Korean should try to resolve the active invisible conflict to adapt and to settle in a stable community.
