This study aims to analyze the interaction effects of airtightness data using the design of experiment because the interaction among the airtightness data may reduce or increase the stack effect. In this study, the airtightness data were investigated through literature review. Also, the ANOVA, main effect, and interaction analysis was conducted by design of experiment. The major factors were the external door and the house door. Also, there was no difference according to the change of the airtightness of the stairwell door. Also, in order to reduce the stack effect, when enhancing the airtightness of the house door, it is necessary to strengthen the airtightness of the exterior wall or the external door at the same time. In other words, it is necessary to examine the interaction among airtightness data.
