Previous study was evaluated the application feasibility of direct piping with buffering box for water supply system by comparing manifold distribution piping in residential apartments. The purpose of this study is to validate the numerical model using 1-dimension computational fluid dynamic and to propose the numerical model to design the water supply system. The results showed that the measured pressure in piping system was very similar to the value obtained from 1-dimension CFD simulation, and the measured and simulated values of flow rate were also quite similar.
