Recently, emotional labor of workers in the service sector has become a problem in many social aspects, Emotional labor exposed at work is a factor influencing job stress and management is required.
In this study, we analyzed the effects of emotional labor and job stress exposure and emotional labor factors on job stress factors in 562 cosmetics workers.
As a result, it was found that the skin sector was most exposed to emotional labor. Job stress, insufficient job control hair, interpersonal conflict nail, job insecurity and lack of reward, occupational climate, The makeup exposure was the highest. Among the factors of emotional labor, customer overload and conflict affect job demand, organizational system, and lack of reward among job stress factors. Emotion deregulation and damage affect job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, and monitoring and monitoring of organizations.
