The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of trust affecting organizational commitment and loyalty. A survey was conducted with the employees of major travel agencies in South Korea. Trust was classified in detail as “organizational trust,” “supervisory trust,” and “co-worker trust” depending on the prospective targets, which are distinguished classifications from preceding research. Trust was used to explain itself or classified without comprehensive consideration of the prospective targets from preceding researchers. The SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test results indicate that “organizational trust,” “supervisory trust,” and “co-worker trust” had a meaningful influence on “organizational commitment,” and “organizational commitment” had a meaningful influence on “organizational loyalty.” At major travel agencies, employees are managed according to well-organized administrative systems. Thus, “organization trust” only had a meaningful influence on “organizational commitment.” The results can help organization managers understand employees when establishing a management strategy for major travel agencies.
