The global efforts to response to the with energy depletion and climate change and realize sustainable development are being strengthened. Korea is also increasing its national greenhouse gas reduction targets and accelerating efforts to find and implement sectoral reduction measures. In order to develop new technologies to cope with climate change as well as to reduce energy demand and greenhouse gas emissions and to create new industries, it is necessary to activate zero-energy buildings, and there is a growing demand for user guidelines both domestically and internationally. In this paper, we propose a standardization method of user guidelines for zero energy management and calculation method by analyzing relevant domestic and international guidelines.
