The purpose of this study is to analyze an application of Delphi and Analyic Hierachy Process method to leisure sports policy of provincial government. In order to achieve this purpose, semi-structured open survey of the Delphi investigation was prepared through a pre-examination on the leisure sports policy professors(5) and in-depth interviews with leisure sports policy experts(6), leisure professors(5), and leisure sports professionals(24). The Delphi professional investigation was put two trials to analyze on priority order decision of the leisure sports policy of provincial government. The data resulting from the investigation was revised, and opinions were collected using five-point (re-cut) scale. In conclusion, The results of the investigation recommend four policies and sixteen pertinent specifics on the leisure sports policy of provincial government as described below: First, the leisure sports policy of provincial government is divided into four classes(facility, program, coach, finances), the first importance of manufacturing various leisure sports policy in facilities has been recognized. Second, the first priority order of leisure sports policy is construction of multi-gymnasium. Third, the first important to establish the leisure sports activity conditions in the program part, foster the suitable leader of provincial governmen characteristics in the coach part, and devise the mid-to long term budget for the leisure sports policy in the finances part is recognized.
