Report Errors
The study is aimed to research the residential area, which is developed according to the procedure of urban renewal projects, and the results of analysis are as follows. First, the maintenance process of the residential area is slightly different according to the change of time, and it is thought that it will affect the asset value. Second, the renewal project is one of the most important factors for the consent of residents. However, since the opinions of the residents may change over time, there are cases where the site itself is lost before the renewal project is carried out. In addition, it also affects the outcome of the projects in deliberation procedures. Third, the renewal projects can be developed only when construction company is determined, but it is a difficult process to decide. Even if the construction company is determined, there are cases where the progress of the project may be canceled by the opinions of the residents or the ability of the construction company.
