The ultimate aim of this study is to figure out the correlation between the Prime minister’s leadership and the recreations of the regime from the cases of Margaret Thatcher (1979-1990) of the Conservative Party and Tony Blair (1997-2006) of the Labor Party who won 3 successive general elections and kept almost 10 years of prolonged seizure of power despite their apparent differences in political objective and ideological direction. As a methodology, the study employed the behavior of actors as a key variable and environmental change and ideology in the political party as subsidiary variables. As a result of the study, the correlation between leadership of Thatcher of the Conservative Party and Blair of the Labor Party and the recreations of the regime was shown as follows. Firstly, the powerful leadership of a prime minister transformed the social and economic situation and ideology in the party and that enabled the recreations of the regime. Secondly, to gain the power, both Thatcher and Blair sought an advanced new liberalism policy by minimizing the ideological gap of the conservative and progressive groups. Thirdly, the recreations of the regime of Thatcher and Blair was caused by the prime minister’s authoritative leadership, internal conflict of the opposition party and their lack of valid policy alternatives.
