This study is a follow-up study by Lee and Kim(2016) regarding the structural relationship among leisure constraints perception, leisure constraints negotiation, and leisure satisfaction in the food service industry in that it considers the moderating effect of employment type in the relationship. Using a multi-group comparison analysis, the results confirm the moderating effect of employment type in the structural relationship among the constructs. In particular, it was found that the food service employee`s employment type moderated the relationship between structural constraints and leisure constraints negotiation (i.e., skill-related, interpersonal, and financial negotiations).
