We performed a trend analysis for customer fashion intention, by use of a business case. We considered a company, an online magazine, Fashion Seoul, as a pilot company for our research. Online magazine Fashion Seoul is a company operated based on high-profile fashion articles. Its biggest interest is on what people are interested in and where the trends are going. Using the Support Program for Big Data Use in SMEs, Fashion Seoul was able to grasp the trends and people’s interest in the fashion industry. Moving even further, Fashion Seoul is becoming an advanced online magazine by introducing voice information system on fashion items and recommendation system based on user interest through data and algorithm analysis.
