In this study, the negative attitudes of the organizational members are connected with the organizational dimension. The effect of organizational justice and perceived organizational politics on organizational cynicism, innovation resistance, and creativity were examined and the mediating effect of organizations silence was verified.
The results of this study showed that the organizational justice had significant negative effect on organizational cynicism, behavioral innovation resistance and had significant positive effect on creativity. The higher the perceived organizational fairness of employees, the less negative attitude of employees and the more positive attitude such as creativity increases. Second, the perceived organizational politics has a positive effect on organizational cynicism and innovation resistance, and had significant impacts on creativity. Finally, it was found that the organizational silence had a significant moderating impact on the relationship between organizational justice and behavioral innovation resistance and the relationship between perceived organizational politics and the negative attitude of employees(organizational cynicism and employee innovation resistance).
Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the negative behaviors and attitudes of organizational members are influenced by organizational characteristics such as organizational justice and organizational politics.
