The electricity, water and gas industries are one of the most important industries as the base industry of the country, and which were closely related to the public. China also takes account into many policies about these industries, and needs the research about economic effects. This study analyzes the economic effect of these industries in China economy since 2000 using Input-output analysis. The results of the study show that some industries - coal mining, refining of metals, and chemicals - are closely related with electricity, gas, and water industries. Moreover, water and gas industries have relative high the production-inducing effect, and value-added-inducing effect. Due to the price increase of 1% of the electricity industry, the price effect is 0.0696%, which is the effect of quiet high level among other two industries.
