This purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among health status, health promoting behavior, depression and quality of life of health program participants. 463 subjects(participants: 265, non-participants: 198) were selected from health center in Choongcheung province using purposive sampling method. Data were collected through the questionnaires used previous studies. ANOVA, regression analysis and path analysis methods were used to solve problems of the study. On the basis of the results, the conclusions were drawn as follows; First, there are significant differences health status, health promoting behavior, depression, and quality of life by personal attributes. Second, Health program participants is higher health status, health promoting behavior, and quality of life than non participants. Third, health status of health program participants is positively influence on health promoting behavior, depression and quality of life. Forth, there are causal relationships among health status, health promoting behavior, depression and quality of life of health program participants.
