The purpose of this study was to examine if career exploration of students in physical education is practically possible to let students to change their awareness and career preparation behavior, or career preparation behavior is solely influenced by career decision-making self-efficacy. The subject of this study was consisted of 351 students attending in two year and four year physical education college course. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 was used in data processing and through structure equation model analysis using the Moderating effect, the following conclusion was derived. First, multi group structure model analysis of self leadership of students attending in both two year and four year physical education college course groups resulted in showing positive influence in career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, multi group structure model analysis resulted in showing that career decision-making self-efficacy had positive influence to career preparation behavior in both two year and four year physical education college course groups. Third, multi group structure model analysis resulted in showing that self leadership had positive influence to career preparation behavior in both two year and four year physical education college course groups. The comparison of two year college course groups and four year college course groups resulted in both being selected as complete mediation models. Therefore, the study implied that career decision-making self-efficacy plays as a complete mediation role to self leadership and career preparation behavior in both groups.
