In spite of the anti-homosexual movement of Christianity, our society is gradually moving closer to pro-homosexuality.
Those who advocate for homosexuality and their human rights initially demanded a feeling of acceptance in society but now they have developed to legalize homosexuality and punish those who oppose their agenda. As a result, the claim that homosexual legalization worsens the Christian faith and destroys the church is seemingly true.
I think there are three factors for pro-homosexuality. The first is that the Bible does not condemn homosexuality, the second is that homosexuality is innate to some people, and the third is the approach toward homosexuals on the level of human rights.
However, The Old Testament and the New Testament clearly state that homosexuality is a sin before God. Homosexuality can not receive biblical support and is against the Bible’s teachings. If we accept the Bible as the supreme authority, in other words, follow the Christian principle of sola scriptura (only biblical authority), we can never approve homosexuality.
Homosexuality is not a congenital nature, even if it is innate, it can not be justified because it is the nature of sin.
