The purpose of this study is to understand homosexual cause of male adolescent. A case study that provides an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon was intended to demonstrate the uniqueness and complexity of homosexual cause. In the case study, Robert E. Stake's Intrinsic Case Study method was used to derive the cause of the homosexuality of the participants. The participant was male teenager aged 16 years in the middle school and we collected data for 3 months from April 4, 2018 to July 11, 2018. Data analysis was done by Categorical Aggregation method proposed by Robert E. Stake. Six categories were added from the subjects revealed in the experiences of homosexual cause of male adolescent. The results of the analysis showed Deprived parenting and abuse, Fragmented self-awareness, Loneliness and a longing for objects, Interest in female sex, A skepticism about his biological sexuality, and Homosexuality and Sexual Dreams. In the results of the study, it was found that the main causes of Homosexuality of male teenager were that He could not form good imago for mother and was afraid of father. The meaning of homosexuality was seen as a child's attempt to find frustrated love for a bad parents.
