We have infered the prototype discourse from articles about Gyeoremal-keunsajeon and constructed an alternative discourse that can change reality by critically analyzing and explaining it. The main premises of the existing discourse were ① recognition of the situation that the linguistic difference between South and North is serious, ② goal of unifying different languages, ③ ideology that South and North have a single national identity, and ④ belief that the national language dictionary compilation is non-political activity. And the prototypical discourse constituted by these premises was far from the pluralistic social reality, and was critically explained in the context of economic imbalances between South and North, leading to suppression and alienation of minority groups. Based on these analyzes, we have constructed an alternative discourse that can change the perception and problem of reality. The premises of the discourse is that ① the language difference between the two Koreas is enough to communicate with the users, the situation that the linguistic environment of South and North is diversified, ② the goal that language integration is necessary to integrate the two Koreas and Korean diaspora societies, ③ the democratic value and the respect for the right to use the language in accordance with.
