Contract forfeiting mortgage Firstly, the concept and substance of the contract is stated precisely. Secondly, I state the relation of two contracts. These contracts are 'the contract forfeiting mortgage' and the contract that sets up mortgage. Thirdly, I state precisely restriction on the exact calculation by the contract forfeiting mortgage 3.
