This paper focuses on a family honor that is seen as a social disciplinary duty, and will find that the positive mechanism is affected by the inherited culture, and also discovered that sexual selection theory and parental investment theory, which is very influential on the issue of honor killing mechanism in the respect to the evolution psychology. The culture used to be explained as a mechanism of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively. An honor killing is mostly widespread in Islamic countries with predominantly Muslim population. Peoples in Islamic societies used to seek an alternative in the tribal judiciary, where also in such cases the judges also try to cover up the crime to avoid the scandal for the family. An honor killing can be explained that the murder of a family or clan member, where the murderers and potentially the community believe the victim to have brought dishonor upon the family, clan, or community. However, there is no such concept in Islamic teaching. Islam holds every soul in high esteem and does not allow any transgression upon it. More over the Shari adoes not allow people to take the law in their own hands and administer justice. Therefore, based on this, Islam does not permit such killings. This study revealed that the inherited culture is still the major criteria that dominates the society, and controls the social views of the people in the subject of honor killing on the basis of family honor. This perceived dishonor is normally the result of utilizing dress codes unacceptable to the family or engaging in certain sexual acts. These activities result from the perception that defense of paternity uncertainty of the sexual selection theory. This paper will explain the socio-psychological mechanism on the value of honor killing in Islamic society. The level of evolution theory did have much effect on the trends of people's behavior in this study. This has proved the possibility to adapt the evolutionary theories in order to explain the old traditions and beliefs in Islamic Society.
