The purpose of this paper is to examine church's past opinions of people with disabilities and to reflect them. The contents of this article are as follows. 1. Preface 2. Ancient People's Attitude toward People with Disabilities 3. The Jewish Society of OT Times and the Matter of People with Disabilities 4. Jesus' Attitude toward People with Disabilities 5. Early Church's Attitude toward People with Disabilities 6. The Attitude toward People with Disabilities in the Middle Age 7. The Attitude toward People with Disabilities in the Reformation Era 8. The Attitude toward People with Disabilities in the Modern Period 9. The Contemporary Attitude toward People with Disabilities 10. The Reflection of the Churches' Attitude toward People with Disabilities in Church History 11. The Christian Ethical Reflection of the Disable People Matter and the Future Perspective I concluded with the following words, "All of us as well as the people of disabilities are not the beings, who can live independently one another. We are the interdependent beings, who can exist through sharing and helping one another. As well as we do not have to isolate the disable people from the people without disabilities, we do not have to emphasize only individualistic independency. As we are the interdependent beings like friends for one another, we have to take charge of mutual weakness."
