According to development of information communication technology, a government has offered various pubic services and public benefits. The government has constructed public information sharing based infrastructure with e-Government 11 focused initiatives and e-Government road map 31 initiatives. This is to innovate public affairs in present and supply efficiently online services based on public information infrastructure. In addition, the government established department for public information sharing and minimized required documents by connecting systems of administrative institution, public institution, and financial institution. This study tries to suggest important method to change and improve public services. The study analyzed several viewpoints for public information sharing. Specially, this study suggested directions as political, technical, and administrative methods. Even though this study couldn't suggest direct plan, the study is to suggest importance of public information sharing.
